A DAE-BRNS sponsored Two-Day Theme Meeting on ‘Nuclear Probes for Materials, Medicine and Industry (NPMMI-2024)‘ is being organized Radiochemistry & Isotope Group of BARC in association with Society for Positron Annihilation and Nuclear Probes (SPAN). C/o. RCD, BARC during June 07-08,2024 at DAE Convention Centre, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-400094.
The objective of NPMMI-2024 is to provide a platform for enhancing interdisciplinary cooperation among Scientists, Academicians and Research Scholars from DAE and other organizations as well as Industry Personnel in utilization of nuclear probes like neutrons, protons, charged particles, nuclear decay probes like α, β-, β+ and high energy photon for materials research, physical and chemical characterization of materials, healthcare / nuclear medicine and industrial & societal applications.About 200 delegates from BARC, various units of DAE, various academic and R&D institutions from all over the along with many representatives from Public Sector and Industries will be participating in this event.
